24. Stair Angles

After spending some enjoyable time sketching this morning, went out for a walk to find the photo of the day. Really liking angles drew me to this photo and I could see its potential for being part of an abstract painting. The S curve in the wrought iron work gives relief to the angles. Cropping the excess space seemed to give more definition to the spaces and a splash of colour around the border was used to enhance the tones.
