50. Rink at the Lake

Snow was softly falling earlier in the day, but now its raining which is turning the hockey rink to mush. As a visitor, I'm told that February would usually be so cold here in the Cariboo, it is sometimes too cold to play hockey.  Today it's a balmy 6 degrees, and with the rain the rink will soon be gone.  Normally fishing huts dot the lake  in February but they've disappeared  too,  spring may be on its way and the hockey rink on its way out.
